এসি বিস্ফোরণ থেকে বাচার উপায় 

প্রথমত, ২৪ ঘণ্টা এসি চালু না রাখা।  বলা হচ্ছে, দীর্ঘ সময় চালু থাকলে এসির যন্ত্রপাতি অতিরিক্ত গরম হয়ে আগুন ধরে যেতে পারে। এজন্য মাঝেমধ্যে এক-দুই ঘণ্টা এসিকে বিশ্রাম দিতে হবে। বছরে অন্তত একবার প্রফেশনাল টেকনিশিয়ান দিয়ে এসির রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজ করাতে হবে।

 মেকানিক্যাল বা ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ফল্টের কারণে যে কোনো সময় আগুন ধরে যেতে পারে।

  নিয়মিত ফিল্টার পরিষ্কার রাখতে  হবে ।এসির ভেতর কিছু জমাট বেঁধে যেন না যায়। এসির এয়ার ফিল্টার নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার করতে হবে। এই ফিল্টার পরিষ্কার বা পরিবর্তন এসি রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ। এসির ওয়্যারিং পর্যবেক্ষণ করাও জরুরি ।

 এসির কাজ করার আগে অবশ্যই বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ বন্ধ করতে হবে।

 অনেক সময় বজ্রপাতেও এসি বিস্ফোরণ ঘটে।

এজন্য হাই ভোল্টেজ এড়াতে ভবনের ছাদে বজ্রনিরোধক ব্যবস্থা রাখতে হবে। নিম্নমানের নকল এসি ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। 

এছাড়া গরমের শুরুতে এসির বৈদ্যুতিক সংযোগ, সকেট, ফিল্টার- এসবের অবস্থা ঠিকমতো পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। অনেক দিন বন্ধ থাকার পর চালু করতে গেলে এসির সংযোগ তার পরীক্ষা করতে হবে।
